Dear Students and Traveling Candidates,
Congratulations on reaching this stage of the 2025–2026 Traveling Batch Finalization Process. This program, conducted under the oversight of the U.S. Inter-State Council of Higher Education, provides students with a unique opportunity to participate in federally recognized academic mobility programs, orientation sessions, and professional development at leading universities across the United States.

Urgent Compliance Notice
Please note that this list is preliminary and subject to final approval by December 2025. All candidates must meet the following requirements to secure their place in the final roster:
- Timely submission of all registration and compliance documents (including I-20 form receipts, NOC activation, and verified financial aid approvals).
- Completion of academic and credit transfer prerequisites as determined by the Council.
- Full compliance with federal aid and visa-related regulations, without which eligibility for travel will be forfeited.
Failure to comply will result in:
- Termination of financial aid and tuition reduction benefits.
- Reclassification as a regular student, with no eligibility for sponsored travel or international recognition.
- Exclusion from reciprocal recognition agreements with countries such as the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada.
- Permanent ineligibility for U.S. federally sponsored academic mobility programs.
Complexity of Finalization
The traveling batch process is highly regulated and involves coordination across multiple departments, authorities, and accredited institutions. Each candidate’s registration is reviewed under:
- Academic eligibility frameworks (credit hours, GPA thresholds, and transfer approvals).
- Financial accountability checks (grant utilization and aid verification).
- Inter-state and international recognition policies, ensuring compliance with U.S. law and bilateral academic agreements.
Advisory to All Candidates
The 2025 Travel Roster will be locked at the close of December 2025. No late submissions will be accepted. Candidates who do not complete requirements will face permanent exclusion from the 2025–2026 cycle and may only be reconsidered under the 2026–2027 session, subject to availability and stricter criteria.
